This oversize syringe injects the special foaming Caffe latex (or other sealants) to seal the fitted tyre with no mess. 

The injector is specific for Presta valves (removing or not the valve-core), with a long tube for easier application. 

After injecting sealant through the valve without removing the valve mechanism, it's recommended to immediately inflate the tyre with a pump, to have the air clean the valve internals.
